After a abscence of several years, the Job Center of Wisconsin has returned to Antigo.

According to Angie Close, director of the Langlade County Economic Development Corporation, recruiting the employment agency back to Antigo was a key takaway from a economic development summit held here in 2018.

“Addressing a common community need for labor pool improvement was one of the goals that were identified and the priority was made to get the Job Center of Wisconsin to return to Antigo,” she said. “We are happy to say that goal has been met.”
