Doug Kunst bowls perfect 300 game at Chet & Emil's Nov. 6, 2009 Doug Kunst met with perfection last week as the bowler scored an error-free 300 game on the lanes at Chet & Emil’s in Birnamwood.
The outstanding mark highlighted an impressive night all around for the Wednesday Business league bowler as he completed the effort with a whopping 788 triple. His 300 game was accompanied by a 255 and a 233.
Geno Corzalla paced the night’s 600 series bowlers with a 676 triple. It featured games of 246, 238 and 192.
Tim Jacobson bowled two 200-plus games, a 247 and a 201, to highlight his 644 series. Dave Schmidt rolled a 642 with help of a 235 game while Mark Kropf fired a 631 thanks in part to a 245 and a 215. Dennis Knaak posted games of 235 and 204 in his 613 triple.

One night earlier, Robbie Resch paced the action in the Tuesday Commercial league. Totaling games of 267, 217 and 212, he scored a 696 series.
Mark Woyak sparked his 680 series with games of 280 and 201 while Doug Kunst notched a 237 and a 234 in his 655 series run. Reid Praslowicz posted a 253 game in his 620 triple.
Alan Resch rolled a 226 game, Mike Schaier scored a 223, Bob Ecker notched a 222, Jared Szews fired a 220 and Corey Krull posted a 213.
