A crew from the Langlade County Highway Department was preparing the approaches on a bridge on Highway C this morning to accommodate the asphalt pavement which is being laid on the new segment of road today. The county, with major assistance from the federal government, reconstructed Highway C from Highway 45 to Kohn Road which is west of the Highway B intersection. The project got started during the last spring and moved ahead more quickly than anticipated.
