ATV crashes at White Lake man injured July 2, 2010 A White Lake man was injured in an all terrain vehicle accident near the community’s lake front beach early today.
According to the Langlade County Sheriff’s Department, Jason W. Pomasl, 33, was taken by Troutland ambulance to Langlade Hospital as a result of the crash which was reported at 12:30 a.m.
Witnesses said he struck a fence with the ATV which subsequently overturned on top of him, trapping him underneath until it was removed by a passerby.
Pomasl told investigators he didn’t recall much of the accident. Officials said he had bumps and scratches over most of his body and he complained of leg and abdominal pain.
An update on his medical condition was not provided.
